USA & Canada: 7–14 business days. International orders may take 14–21 business days depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to track your package at any time.

Are your wigs made of real human hair?
Yes! All our wigs at VS HAIR are made of 100% real human hair. They can be dyed, curled, straightened, and styled just like your natural hair.
How do I choose the right wig size?
Most of our wigs come in a standard size that fits most head sizes. We recommend measuring your head circumference before ordering. Our average cap size is 22.5 inches (57 cm).
What is the difference between HD Lace and Regular Lace?
HD Lace (High Definition) is thinner and more transparent, making it virtually invisible on all skin tones. Regular lace is slightly thicker but still very natural-looking.
What does 13x4 and 13x6 mean?
These numbers refer to the size of the lace area on the wig. 13x4 means the lace is 13 inches wide and 4 inches deep. 13x6 gives you more parting space (6 inches deep), allowing for more styling versatility.

• Detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb
