📦 Returns

• We accept returns within 7–14 days of receiving your order.

• Hair must be unused, unwashed, uncut, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

• Due to hygiene reasons, used or altered wigs/extensions cannot be returned.

💰 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item is defective or we made an error).

❌ Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• If you need an exchange, please contact us before sending the item back.
