📦 Returns

We accept returns within 7–14 days of receiving your order.

Hair must be unused, unwashed, uncut, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Due to hygiene reasons, used or altered wigs/extensions cannot be returned.
💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item is defective or we made an error).

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
