Return & Refund Policy

At V Society Hair, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns
Due to the nature of our products (hair extensions and wigs), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for used or opened products.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Proof of issue (photos or videos) must be provided

Refunds
If your request is approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A refund to your original payment method

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

  • Change of mind after purchase

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect.
